Equity Research – A New Model

With the radical changes enforced on the incumbent business model for the equity research product in all international markets, 3C has adopted a new and innovative model which enables us to provide the highest quality equity research in any industry sector for our clients.

To date we have consultancy arrangements with over 20 highly ranked European equity analysts who write specialist research, comprising company specific reports as well as technical analysis and overview sector research. Analysts are typically contracted on a deal-by-deal basis both for research preparation and the marketing phase of the deal. Identifying and hiring a specific analyst for a transaction gives us the ability to prepare high quality unbiased research in any sector. Furthermore, we have structured our firm and the way it is regulated so that we will always prepare research for equity offerings including IPOs where other institutions need to deal with the perceived (and usually real) conflicts of interest that exist between their corporate and institutional clients.
