Examples of the different structures that 3C has successfully launched for its clients to date, including a number of market firsts, are pre-IPO equity, public equity with greenshoes, public and privately placed convertible bond offerings, structured offers of puts, convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares and PIK notes with warrant placements. We are proud of our track record of consistently delivering successful results for our many clients since the launch of the firm.

Over the last 12 months, 3C has completed a series of corporate and property investment banking transactions with a total aggregate value of over €500 million. These deals demonstrate the successful diversification of the firm, particularly over the last two years, which combined with the growing annuity income flows from the asset management and corporate broking businesses, make the Directors confident that 3C has developed a strong London based merchant banking platform with the opportunity for solid and sustainable growth in the future.
