The firm is headquartered in London and is supported by associated operations and advisors in various other countries in Europe, the Far East, Africa and Latin America. We provide financial advisory services primarily comprising our core products of equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, property advisory and asset management. Our goal is to offer a consistently superior, tailored investment banking service to public and private corporates, financial institutions and government organisations in the European and international marketplace. Our aim, in particular, is to focus on smaller to medium sized companies, a niche we view to comprise companies with a market capitalisation of up to €1 billion. 3C is able to offer a level of professional expertise and advice comparable to a top tier global investment bank whilst retaining the responsiveness, independence and senior management commitment of a smaller firm for each of its clients.

3C has been growing rapidly both in terms of size as well as reputation since its incorporation. In each of the transactions completed to date, we have helped to achieve our clients’ goals, typically with innovative ideas and creative structures. 3C is now active in various countries both in Europe and internationally and benefits from a high quality and growing client base.
