Integrated Business Model
Over the last two years the final core elements of the planned business model have been launched resulting in the current structure of the 3C group.
Combining investment banking, broking and asset management, with a greater focus on international cross-border business than many of our London based peers, the 3C group now incorporates a range of inter-related business units that operate in a coordinated manner to effectively deliver the full range of capabilities of the firm to its clients.
To support the growth of a number of the firm’s business units, 3C promotes merchant banking activities where we structure transactions and investments on which we advise such that the interests of 3C and our clients are aligned. To achieve this we will, where appropriate, invest the Directors’ and/or the firm’s capital. We believe this willingness to put our own capital to work alongside that of corporate shareholders and investors differentiates 3C from many other merchant banks and demonstrates 3C’s longer term commitment to all our clients.
