In 2003, 3C formed a joint venture with Euro-Latin Capital, a Buenos Aires based corporate finance advisory boutique. This JV aims to identify and execute investment banking business primarily comprising cross border European/Latin America M&A deals as well as capital raisings for Latin American corporates including flotations on AiM.
China
In early 2004, 3C opened a Correspondent Office in Shanghai. We established a presence in China to seek niche cross-border investment banking business. More recently, this office has also assisted our Asset Management business which has focused on investments with exposure to the growth potential of China (see Asset Management).
